Red Whiskered Bul Bul

This snap was photographed near Hebbal lake im Mysore city, there was a couple of bul bul sighted on the branch of the tree which was feeding another. In a fraction of seconds i just missed the said feeding snap, after that i was just able to capture the single male only.        jai rao

Ther are "N" numbers of Horn bill around India, This baby hornbill sighted near Hebbal lake in Mysore, normally i found couple of big hornbills around the lake, after some months i found the special guest to the lake ( Kid ).          jai rao

Spot billed duck

This duck normally called as Spotted billed duck, normally its lives on the bank of the river or lake, this was photographed near Hebbal lake in Mysore. Its more n more colourful while flying. You can watch the 9-10 colours in each duck. Gods grace i got the two opposited direction ( wings ) flying duck.       jai rao

Wood peacker at Nagarahole forest

This is White-bellied Woodpecker, the second large highest wood peacker in India, when i visited the Nagarahole forest last time the wood peacker was busy with its work of digging the hole in dry tree.
its very much beautyful to see in open forest.     jai rao

Anger Bisons at kabini backwater

This was photographed on the bank of the river at Nagarahole national park, these bisons was very much near to our safari van and they got angry, you can watch the picture all the three tails of bisons are gone up, after that the van driver moved from there to avoid the disturbence.     jai rao

Malabar giant squirrel

This is Malabar giant squirrel, normally sighted in the forest belt only, the main attracting thing in this animal is its colour, while you watch it in real its body colour looks like glowing, another one thing which i observed is - i have seen this type of squirrel several times, its always eats by getting bend.     jai rao
